Since 2009, BORGY CZ, a.s. has gradually taken more and more significant position in the distribution market, mainly in the eastern Europe.
By acquisition of Trédl & Co., s.r.o. we expanded our portfolio with new brands, mainly Beurer, Remington and Russel Hobbs – which the company had represented since 1992. Due to a dynamic evolution of our sales channels and represented brands (especially by exlusive distribution of the Philips brand) we also opened our subsidiaries in Slovakia in 2010 (BORGY SK s.r.o.) and in Poland in 2016 (BORGY PL sp. z o.o.)
Our goal is to represent manufacturers and brands in key sales channels – such as electro-specialists, hypermarkets, hobby markets and e-shops. With utilization of modern technologies we efficiently manage the life-cycle of products. We create a healthy distribution system and connect worlds of manufacturers and sellers, who attend most of the customers in Eastern Europe. We are currently preparing an expansion of our activities into the whole Europe.
